The Syllabus

Each training programme is tailor-made according to the level and needs of the participants. There are no set course books or course materials. The syllabus and any books and materials are selected to suit the learners. This selection process takes into consideration the needs and demands of the learners, and the recommendations of the ESP trainers and ESP coordinators.

We see the syllabus more as a guideline to success than a rigid timetable which must be followed come what may. Frequent consultation and exchange of information between all parties allows us to decide on and implement any necessary changes in the syllabus.

Circumstances permitting we also like to include in the syllabus a visit to the Bell School in the UK or Dublin School of English (DSE) in Irland. Even a short stay of two weeks can be extremely beneficial. The learner is able to put into practice in real life situations things learnt here in Turkey. All the people we send return with a greater level of confidence and an awareness of what they can do to improve their learning pr ocess.
