Organisation and Assessment
Everything ESP does is according to your aims and needs. We select our trainers, design our programmes and choose course materials to suit you.
Our first task in instigating an English language training programme is to determine your needs and aims and to then go about selecting the target group of learners. The next stage is to place the participants into groups according to their language level and needs. This is done by selecting and applying the appropriate level testing method. Of course these stages could be interchangeable and it may be the case that you need the information provided by level testing in order to accurately asses the needs of the potential participants.
Once the groups have been determined we select the trainers that we think will be best suit the needs and dynamics of the class. Text books and course materials are usually selected after the training programme has begun. This is in order to be absolutely certain that we are making a selection appropriate for the group.
According to the demands of our clients the participants are given periodic tests to monitor their progress. Monthly attendance figures and periodic progress reports are also provided.
