For a recruiter English language interviews can serve two purposes. As well as assessing the oral and aural level of a candidate or interviewee, they can also be used as an additional opportunity to assess a candidate's suitability for a job. They may also reveal character traits and information that they were not apparent in the Turkish job interview.
