About Us

The ESP story goes back to 1999. The founding partners decided to create and build an organisation that would be able to provide every conceivable service related to the English language from language lessons in the comfort of the clients workplace to the preparation of marketing materials.

The original name of the company was ODEM and the first clients were mainly from the banking, finance and textile sectors in Turkey. Over the following three years the range of services and the client base expanded rapidly.

In April 2002 we changed our name to ESP, reorganised the structure of the company to better cope with the expansion of the services offered and moved to our current premises.


We now have a team of twenty trainers, translators and consultants each expert in their own specific field and a client base encompassing a wide range of sectors and local, international and multinational companies.
